For final reservation,  payment must be received in full 10 working days (2 weeks) before the commencement of the scheduled Training or Exam date.

Once maximum quota has been reached the course reservation will be closed with immediate effect!

If minimum quotas is not established the course will not run. If you have made payment you will be refunded in full OR given the option to be booked on the next available course.

Cancellation

If you cancel with less than 28 days there will be £100 cancellation fee applied. 

​

If you cancel after making payment in under 7 working days,full fee is non- refundable.
